nice story
This was a nice story about sums it up. The performances were excellent. The story was just a bit too over the top on the angst and then syrupy sweet perfection of the HEA. This is my 2nd book by Courtney Walsh and I found the same thing to be true for me in that story. That being said, allowing for a few moments of serious cringe from the seesawing insecurities to epiphanies, this book was interesting and had heart and some really fun, humorous, and satisfying moments. This is a good light read for me - a listen while I am tinkering.

Lovely!
First book I’ve read from this author but will not be my last. Love her way of reading a story and unfolding the details in such a way that puts you right there. Clean but full of passion and chemistry. The narrators do an excellent job of bringing the story to life!

Family, true love and self reflection

Wonderful Story
4.5 rounded up to 5 stars. This was a sweet, slow burn Christmas-themed story. I enjoyed the dynamic between the two MCs and feel like Courtney Walsh captured perfectly the fear of letting yourself be vulnerable with another person. I loved the theme of second chances and showing grace as well.
Finally, the actors that read this story did fantastic! I thought they captured the emotion of the story well and were very articulate. I would recommend!

A fantastically fun romance with real heart
This is rom-com at its best. Walsh delivers tear-inducing laughs, swoon-worthy romance, heart-squeezing grit, and moments that make you go "awwww." This story absolutely checks all the right boxes without being predictable. I love it and highly recommend it!
