Say something about yourself!
I have been listing to this book 5 nights a week at bedtime for months. My lucid dreaming has not changed or increased.
It is pleasant enough to listen to, and more of a meditative way to fall asleep, but didn't seem to help me with gaining more consciousness in my dreams than normal.
it's a very small, but very important issue that I had with this audio... It's nice and soothing and I slipped off to sleep, only to be blasted awake by the THIS IS AUDIBLE man at the very end. SOOO poorly thought out.
