    It should have been read by ANYONE else. The content was ok, (from what I was awake enough to understand) but the narrator was nearly intolerable.


    What was most disappointing about Shama Hyder Kabani’s story?

    The fact that the content was decent, but VERY poorly delivered.


    How did the narrator detract from the book?

    So monotone I thought perhaps the voice was computer generated.

    I love audio books. I don't have a lot of time to sit down and read, so I rely heavily on Audible to provide me with usable content. Unfortunately, this book was so poorly narrated I really don't know for sure how good it is???
    This is the first time I considered asking for a refund.
    I would NOT recommend.

  • "My tipping point…for audio"

    Malcolm Gladwell’s The Tipping Point was the first book I ever listened to, well at least completely. I had a hard time grasping all the characters and unfolding plot lines in fiction at first – and had listened to the beginnings of some novels as many as seven times – before I fell in love with being read to in The Tipping Point.

    I’m not sure if it was Gladwell’s fascinating concepts, or the feeling as if he was talking right with me, but I remember listening the whole way through, alone at home, one quiet autumn night.

    …And the rest is history. I’ve listened to many more books since then – both fiction and nonfiction – but this one will always remain a favorite of mine.
