Tracy McNeil better known as TracyMac is a native of Portsmouth, VA and was raised in Havelock, NC. With over 30-years as a professional and as a lifelong servant, she has blended her ecclesiastical experience as an ordained Elder and Teacher (1998) with her years of government employment and work within the private sector. She faithfully served in churches in addition to community and social organizations and strategically merged her expertise into her profession as a certified life coach and consultant. She is known as a Life Solutionist and a Self-Discovery Companion. She has more than 20-years of pastoral care, spiritual director and chaplain experiences and professional life coaching that began in Okinawa, Japan in 2004. TracyMac is the Founder and Pastor of Peace Place, LLC (2012), owner and Senior Fellow of TRACYMAC Solutions For Life Institute - Coaching & Consulting, she has chaired TMCS Strategic Alliance, owns TRACYMAC Publishing and created Black Women’s World Podcast & Videocast (2020) which has published more than fifty episodes. Over the years TracyMac has taught and advised through various ministry platforms along with local and international organizations. She is a humble and gifted servant of God with the desire and compassion is to do the will of God while providing good deeds that promote peace. TracyMac is nationally certified as an Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor. She has been twice featured by Radio One as their relationship expert for Women’s Empowerment audience of over 15,000, and a keynote for their Healthy Wealthy and Wise Expo. She is the author of three Amazon bestselling and award-winning books; her literary works set positive change ablaze within personal and professional relationships, corporate trainings and in higher education. Awarded Who’s Who of Black Raleigh and Durham, she also received the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. “Everyday Heroes” award and is a featured author for Wake County libraries. TracyMac is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. TracyMac is a thoughtful leader, transformational speaker/teacher, and a consultant for women and minority owned businesses, clergy, leadership teams, and social change agents. She is a fun and an effective personal and professional development strategist. TracyMac is a woman who loves God and God's people! She enjoys conveying the Word of God in unique, and at times unconventional ways, using wisdom, power and simplicity at every opportunity that avails. She resides in Wake County with her loving husband Owen of 30 years and their daughter, Jayda who is currently earning her doctoral degree at Winston Salem State University.
