Torrey Bates is the Executive Director of For The Kingdom, Inc. where the vision is to provide hope through life changing experiences for all people. Currently Torrey manages the 124.8 acres property along with working with his team to transform their city by making Yahweh central. Daily their team feeds thousands of children and families surrounding their campus as they work long term to end childhood hunger, and the violence. Torrey has stead his life at 18 years old to serve God in whatever way he can. Through his humanitarian efforts, he’s been used to empower thousands of academically and socially-impaired boys and girls to become who they are meant to be despite the circumstances of their life so far. This endeavor has assisted young people with obtaining free college educations and the life skills necessary for a purposeful life. His talent and heart for developing leaders has allowed him to travel the world teaching coaches and children. Torrey spent three years as a scholarship athlete for Carver Bible College’s basketball team, where he also received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Theology.
