TONI M DANIELS is a bilingual leadership coach, ordained minister, pastoral counselor and author. Before settling stateside Toni worked with her husband, Matt, as a social entrepreneur, church planter, and relational skill coach for 18 years in Uruguay, South America, where they co-founded The Geronimo Center for Innovation and Leadership. Toni currently harnesses all of her experience in her role as LK10’s Operations and Training Champion. Toni has a BA in Sociology from the University of Memphis, an MA in Leadership Development and Church Planting from Columbia International University, a diploma in Spiritual Direction from La Universidad Catolica, and a total of five years of skills-based relationship enhancement training from the International Trainer’s Association, PREP,inc., and ThriveToday. Toni loves being outdoors and spending time building joy with family and friends, especially her husband, their four children. Her hobbies include karaoke, quilting, and kayaking. Toni currently lives in Nashville, TN.
