Hello and welcome to my bio. I am also known as Steve Hyne. There are 3 types of knowledge from my perspective. 1 Knowledge of Life experiences. I am grateful that my life has given me many different experiences from the rich experiences of many wonderful moments to the dreadful occasions of watching my wife fight against cancer and dying in front of me. 2 Knowledge of others including academic. Since my wife death in 2017 I have searched high and low to find out how to stop my internal pain through knowledge. This drive has enabled me to explore so many topics not just surface level but to beyond the human experience of reality. 3 Inner Knowledge.This is sometimes referred to as intuition, higher self , wisdom etc. My saving grace on my journey especially since my wife horrific death is meditation. The brain especially the prefrontal cortex can cause a tremendous anxiety or depression because the brain mechanism is dualilty process. Meditation helped me to centre myself and reduce the outer world of stress to the inner world of calm. As an author I engaged my mind in a positive creative outlet for my experiences to connect to the outer world via books and other projects. I have an idea and like to challenge my skills and venture on a new journey hence the different types of books. My focus in my life is to inspire others to reach their full potential and leave the message that all humans need compassion.
