Roy Holley served in several leadership role at FedEx, including as a Managing Director of Operations and a member of the FedEx Leadership Institute. He left FedEx to establish a leadership group that continues to deliver highly experiential leadership programs that have typically been described as life-changing and the best leadership development in their career by participants. His leadership development and consulting experience includes corporate, non-profit and academic institutions. Among his international work he served as Director of Business Faculty and Senior Teaching Fellow for the Surrey International Institute in China. Most of his adult life has been spent in the San Juan mountains of southwestern Colorado, also the location for many of his signature leadership programs based on The Power of Moral Leadership.
