Dr. Rohini Anand is recognized as a pioneer, thought leader and expert in global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and has been on the forefront of orchestrating lasting large-scale global organizational change for corporations, non-profit organizations and government agencies worldwide. She is a highly sought-after DEI advisor, trusted Board Member, published author and esteemed speaker. Her strategic thinking, ability to influence and coach senior leaders and depth of experience in global DEI have benefited organizations across all sectors at various stages of their global diversity and inclusion transformation. Dr. Anand was previously Senior Vice President Corporate Responsibility and Global Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo. Under Dr. Anand’s leadership, the Sodexo brand became synonymous with leadership in diversity, corporate responsibility and wellness - winning prestigious recognition and being featured in a Harvard Business Review case study. Rohini Anand is on the boards of Galt Foundation, Tent Partnership for Refugees, Aspen Institute’s Family Prosperity Initiative, WomenLift Health a Gates Foundation initiative and Charter Communications External Diversity and Inclusion Council.
