Phil Randazzo is the founder of American Dream U, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering those that serve and developing the next generation of business leaders. American Dream U teaches transitioning servicemen and women the tools they need to have a successful transition, find a dream job, or build their own business. American Dream U brings the top business leaders in the country to speak to transitioning warriors during their two-day VETRACON events. They have had speakers such as: Tim Ferriss, Greg McKeown, Grant Cardone, Chase Jarvis, Charlie Hoehn, and many others. Go to www.AmericanDreamU.org to find out more. Phil Randazzo is also the founder of Nevada Benefits Corporation, a multi-faceted retirement and employee benefits brokerage firm which, today, services thousands of clients through referrals and recommendations. Mr. Randazzo is the author three books: "Funding Your Bigger Future," which guides business owners and "C" level executives toward a successful retirement, "Shark Talk" which helps Entrepreneurs to raise money for their ideas, and "The Focus Edge" which focuses on helping entrepreneurs decrease stress while increasing focus and free time. Throughout his career, Phil has helped hundreds of individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and families determine goals and expectations, clarify present financial status, identify any problem areas and opportunities, and develop, implement, and monitor financial plans. Phil takes a different view of financial planning from the eyes of an entrepreneur. Besides his current practice, he has ownership in and direct management of Text Safe Teens, LLC, a patented Application that prevents teens from using their cell phones while driving and at school (Drive Safe Mode.com); he founded Entrepreneur Stars -a non accredited school coaching and instructing persons with ideas to execution; he owns interest in 44 Subway Sandwich Stores, 35,000 square feet of Class "A" commercial office space, partnership interest in a 2,800 acre land development project in San Antonio, Texas, and interest in Source 44, a compliance firm tracking production of products across the planet; and he started CapitalMD, Inc, a medical billing and financial factoring company. This gives Mr. Randazzo an entirely different and unique perspective on planning when meeting with business owners, Entrepreneurs, and high-level executives. Phil's greatest passion is his desire to give back to the community. In March 2003, soon after the start of the War in Iraq, Phil was disheartened over the lack of support for America's servicemen and women. In response, he created Nevada Benefits Foundation (Defending Freedom), a private self-funded foundation, with the website www.DefendingFreedom.org. Since its inception, the foundation has donated over $2.2 million to wounded soldiers and their families. He also built a permanent memorial located at beautiful Red Rock National Conservation Area honoring fallen servicemen from the State of Nevada. Phil has appeared on Fox News National in New York City and was recognized by both the United States Congress and the Senate for his work. Phil was given the key to the City of Las Vegas in March of 2003 by Mayor Oscar Goodman. He is actively involved in the Las Vegas community serving on the Advisory Board for the YMCA of Southern Nevada, Nevada Military Support Alliance, and as a Squadron Leader at Nellis Air Force Base. Recently, Mr. Randazzo was commissioned by Governor Brian Sandoval as a Member of the Veterans Services Commission. Phil attended Ball State University and received his MBA from University of Phoenix. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Jennifer, of 22 years and his three children, Philip, 21, attending Northern Arizona University, Megan, 18, attending UCLA, and Joseph, 17, attending Palo Verde High School.
