Michael Chestnut is a devoted follower of Christ who has dedicated his life to helping other men overcome sin and find freedom through a transformative relationship with God. Although Michael grew up as a pastor's son, he strayed from his faith and lost everything due to poor choices and unhealthy strongholds. After hitting rock bottom, Michael began the long journey of rebuilding his character, integrity and reputation over the past 15 years. Today, Michael shares his story of redemption to give others hope. He has served in various ministry roles for over 21 years, including Youth Minister, Music Director and Associate Pastor. He also has over 13 years experience guiding incarcerated men back into society. As a writer and speaker, Michael leverages his powerful testimony and hard-won wisdom to help men avoid the mistakes he made. He readily admits he did not fully understand what it meant to truly walk with God until he was brought to his knees. Michael is happily married with children and grandchildren. He finds joy in taking what he has been through to help other men become the godly people they were created to be. The grace, forgiveness and hope Michael found in God is too powerful not to share.
