Writing is the best job ever. And after a convoluted work path of 41 jobs in 19 professions, including appropriate certifications and degrees, I became a full-time writer. Over the years, I always continued to write and honed my craft under the tutelage of published authors through my writing group (ARWA), hundreds of how-to books, and workshops. My cozy mystery series includes adventure and suspense in the Nova Scotia community of Caleb's Cove. My historical book, inspired by my mother's life, offers a view into small-town life for a war-widow in 1929. Currently, I live north of Calgary, Alberta, Canada with my husband and a cat called Kotah.
