Lee Wortley is a musician, writer, and many times majorly published author from Grimsby, who began writing songs as a daily past-time. In 2012, Lee developed a penchant for writing true crime non-fiction, and began a career writing a series of books on pronounced crime figures. To date, Lee has had a handful of major publications (Penguin Random House, Bonnier, Blake, Ebury Press), including a mass of work for Lenny McLean; not to mention work for McLean’s ‘Underworld Enforcing Henchmen’, Charles Bronson (Salvador), Norman ‘The Guv’nor’ Buckland, and more recently, Brian ‘The Taxman’ Cockerill on the greatly anticipated ‘Unabridged’ and updated Life Story.
