After practicing law in my early career and still being a member of the Bars in the District of Columbia and Maryland, I was among the several co-founders of roughly 100 telecommunications businesses (radio, cable TV, long distance telephone, and cellular telephone). Most of the foregoing were sold to public companies, but all are believed to still be operating. Since then, I've assisted others in inaugurating start-ups of various types, while writing books and essays (some of which are on my website).
