Howard Wolk is an experienced entrepreneur, company builder and investor. As co-president of the Cross Country Group, he helped build and lead one of the largest privately-held firms in Massachusetts, consisting of both start-ups and mature companies, with more than 3,000 associates worldwide. Howard is a former senior fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government, where many of the ideas and much of the research for "Launchpad Republic: America's Entrepreneurial Edge and Why It Matters" (August 2022, Wiley) were developed. Prior to his business career, Howard was an attorney in the White House and in New York City. Howard lives in Boston and London with his wife and daughters.
