Garey Simmons (1953 - ) was born in Washington DC at Walter Reed Army Hospital to a holocaust-surviving Jewish immigrant mother and an enlisted father in the US Army. For thirty years he served as a freelance missionary overseas in Europe and Asia. His first book, "Improve Your Health Fast," provided easy ways to improve one's health on a day-to-day basis. In 2006, Garey started a dietary supplement company with the express purpose of preventing heart disease. Now a contributor to the Will to Succeed, Garey shows how it is the little things that can save a life. Garey shares a powerful keynote speech describing the chances of his mother's survival as a child in and out of concentration camps and the unlikely events that kept her alive.
