Derek lives in Fishers, Indiana and has an undergraduate degree from Anderson University, a Christian liberal arts university, and a Masters Degree in Theological Studies. As a Certified Public Accountant he worked for the international consulting firm Deloitte for a number of years before starting his own construction management firm in 1992. Wilder is currently the CEO of Hallmark Homes, Inc. and the Executive Director of Lives Transforming, Inc. He is the founder of Convergence Therapy, which integrates cognitive therapy and grace-based theology into the accredited college course: Thought Life and Spiritual Growth.
