Claude B. Kershner IV is the Managing Principal of A.R.C.H. Consulting and Co-Owner of Pool Centurion. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College and Instructor with LDR Leadership, specializing in venture development, the practical implementation of leadership theories, and the exploration of empirically established management practices. Over the course of his business career, which extends beyond two decades, Dr. Kershner played an executive role as President of Reef Tropical. His family business, now a part of Pool Centurion, experienced substantial growth under his leadership, particularly in the South and Southeast Florida regions. Dr. Kershner began his career in Commercial Real Estate at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) and is the author of "Deemed Essential: Finding Greatness through Serving Others." His research interests include the domains of entrepreneurship, the study of personality psychology, and the analysis of organizational behavior. Claude holds a Doctorate in Business from Florida International University and holds an MBA from Oklahoma State University and a BS in Business & Economics from Lehigh University in Marketing. Dr. Kershner resides in South Florida with his wife and three daughters.
