Andrei Nedelcu is a licensed psychologist and the author of Facing and Overcoming Codependency: Practical Guidance to Fix Your Codependency, Stop Being a People Pleaser and Start Loving Yourself. Andrei specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and a range of other conditions, including insomnia, addiction, and codependency. He is passionate about the workings of the human mind, and this passion is clear in his writing, which aims to provide readers with practical strategies they can use to take control of their lives. Andrei has a master’s degree in clinical psychology and psychotherapy from Babeş-Bolyai University (UBB), as well as specialized training in addiction. These skills have fused together to give him the drive to provide healing tools that go beyond the therapist’s office.
