You Are Not Stuck was an awesome listen. I actually purchased the physical book to in order to take notes and really dig into the prescribed exercises. If you are facing a change or want to make a change in your life, this is a great place to start - you’ll find loving, guiding support and incredibly actionable take aways!

Finding ones Self

Will see how this suits other readers starting a self discovery or self care journey. For me it was a bit snoozy.
