Story
Critical thinking is regularly cited as an essential 21st century skill, the key to success in school and work. Given our propensity to believe fake news, draw incorrect conclusions, and make decisions based on emotion rather than reason, it might even be said that critical thinking is vital to the survival of a democratic society. But what, exactly, is critical thinking? Haber describes the term's origins in such disciplines as philosophy, psychology, and science.

I thought I was already good at Critical Thinking, until this book.
I loved how there were tips and tricks for every scenario to help me improve my critical thinking. Each chapter dives a little more into ways that you can enhance your mind. After one read, I know I didn’t grasp all the concepts so I will probably re-read this again to help me fully grasp the concept.

Great information
This book is a great tool to put in your toolbox to help you break down big decisions that you need to make into more manageable pieces. I will not only use this for large work or personal decisions, but the smaller ones also. Sometimes the hardest thing to decide is exactly what the problem is that needs to be addressed.
