Found this book to be a mostly easy listen. Other than the occasional tangent into technical jargon, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I liked that it mentions various religions without placing anyone above the others.Very helpful book i have listen for ever.

This book gives the basics and furthermore gives astounding true instances of how to manage specific sorts of mental circumstances. This book identifies your harmful thoughts that create the negative emotions, its easy to listen, easy instructions and most of all easy comprehensive listening. If you want to learn how to take control of your life and live it to the best of your abilities, this book would be a good place to start.
