Maybe not for sleep but best with focus for me
I definately enjoyed it to tune out the kids while working on homework for LPN school. It seemed to keep the focus and filter the distractions. I didnt too much enjoy it with sleeping thought. Maily because I just wanted the noises and not the music. Sometimes there were parts in the music that were... unexpected I guess is an OK word. I wasnt startled it just didnt blend as well as the majority of the music so I coukdnt use it for sleep. But definately something I can use for concentration. Husband may not enjoy me listening to it so much because i put both earbuds in lol but i do!

Good, but...
At times the music gets a little too loud. Which means that at times the music interrupts peaceful relaxation.

I've had it on repeat for weeks!!!
Highly recommend!!! I was skeptical because of all the music you can find for free on YouTube. so glad I got it because it's so much better than anything I've found thus far

Great to fall asleep to
I have a very short attention span so when I’m not in to something I find something else so it is really difficult for me to sleep but with this it took me around 5 minutes to fall asleep
