A very pleasant listening experience
I listened to this audio book at various times throughout the day - while writing, walking in nature, baking cookies. It is very calming and relaxing, with a nice pleasant voice for the intro and hours of calming sound waves. Loved it!

Love this
I played this while working today and it helped me concentrate. I am also going to use this for my meditation time but this would work for anytime you need relaxing background music. Highly recommend

I'm a fan!
I have enjoyed Binaural Beats…it’s so much better than anything on YouTube that comes with or without advertisements. My two favorite chapters are the delta waves called Forest Morning Song and Attract Money. The only thing that would make this Audible selection better (for me) would have been a short discussion of why binaural beats are so powerful. But I’m a relative newbie and a bit of a science geek so I can get that info elsewhere. I imagine I’ll be listening to this 2 in 1 Delta and Theta wave bundle over and over for years…

So soothing.
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect especially since it’s on audible ( books) and not in music. But I’m so glad I purchased it. I definitely feel sensory overload often. I play this in the background to help sooth my CNS. It’s not quite as drastic as some music I have that are termed Binaural beats but I really enjoyed this. I highly recommend having this in your collection and the other fantastic thing is the amount of hours you get, great for long distance travel(over seas flights) or long nights of sleep or even a great meditation session where you don’t have to be worried about being interrupted.

Simply Amazing!
As we age, deep sleep gets more difficult to achieve. Prior to listening to Delta binaural beats, I was reaching 0% deep sleep. I have been listening to these tracks to help me get to sleep and achieve deep sleep. "0 to 20" in about a week! I highly recommend giving this a try if you sleep all night and wake up tired!

Simply amazing
The collection of binaural beats is superb. I like that there are different soundscapes for different part of the body and purposes. This is like an all-in-one. Must buy!

I can’t say enough about this bundle!!!
I loved loved loved listening to this music! ❤️. I was working when i started listening to this and it helped me focus completely on what i was doing, it was amazing! At the same time it was very relaxing and just enjoyable to listen to. I went to bed and it was still playing and it helped me wind down from the day and just made me smile. What a fantastic, wonderful and amazing set of music put together to give you the Ultimate relaxation, focus, mediation that you need in your day! Highly recommended and the best i have ever listened to!!!!
