I had to post this

I am literally 14:59 mins into the intro and I wanted to say WOW. How inspiring to hear him talk about his strong desire to narrate his own book!! Love this so much can not wait to listen to this entire audio book narrated by the author!!! I actually am more inclined to purchase if I know the author narrated themselves. Yes I have all 5 stars and yes I have barely started in but In those less than 15 mins I was compelled to post a review!

Useful and sincere.

This is not a typical self help book. Fogg is no salesman or motivational speaker, but a distinguished professor with his own lab at Stanford University.

In his introduction to the audiobook, he discloses his personal motivations for going into this line of research. It is a bit of memoir that is exceptionally direct and moving. In fact, it moved me to tears. Dr. Fogg has something to say.

This guy is a rare bird and a talented teacher.

Highly recommended.

Motivational and Very Practical

I don't often buy both the audio and book versions together, but after listening to the audio version, I wanted to quickly be able to go to relevant parts of the book as I put the information into practice. I have read a number of books on habits, learning, etc. This is my favorite.

Info was helpful, reader distracting with sounds


The reader, who is the author, was extremely distracting.
At the very beginning of the book he shared the story of his voice growing up and how it was a constant frustration for him and I am thrilled he has overcome that obstacle as he teaches and trains others in this system of change.
However, it is not his voice that is so distracting… it is the constant grunts, sighs and breathy noises after sentences that is awful. I found myself actually uptight when he would do it often, hardly hearing the information he shared.
I did not return the book because I did get some good insight from the information itself, but if it bothers you when the reader makes sounds between words and/or sentences, this book is not for you.

The overall information is helpful, especially if you are leading a team of people.
There are some actions steps to do immediately to help change habits and make things easier to do, although very repetitive in places.

Tiny Habits was a great read

I go through a lot of audible books, and this one was a great one. I ordered it simply by its title and was not referred to it, but had a great read and I feel it really makes a difference. Anyone wanting to improve themselves or help those around them should absolutley have this on their reading list

excellent read

if you want to change how you do things, then BJ Fogg will give you some ideas and tiny habits to change just about anything you can dream of. The hardest part of this book is you actually have to follow what he says, but he's clear and concise as to how to change your habits

Game Changer

I purchased this audible book after hearing the author, BJ Fogg, on a podcast.

A delightfully insightful book about human behavior! His voice is also quite soothing. Highly recommend.
