Best Health/Nutrition Book Ever Created

Casey is truly amazing! Her work has been influential/inspirational to many!

I’ve read all of the health, wellness, longevity etc books and I can confidently say that Good Energy takes things to another level. Everyone needs to read this book 10/10 I recommend! Can’t wait to gift a copy to my entire family 🤣

Great information!

very informative. but too many lists and numbers to follow in an audible book. better if it was noted in the pdf. also some of the terms were lost on me, maybe take more time to explain in a story like way rather than reading lists. I did love the info and hope everyone gets to understand this stuff. I have listened to a couple of chapters several times to absorb it!!

MD Pushback

My MD pushed back on my CGM, this came to a conclusion last week while I was on chapter 4 of Good Energy-I had to take a diagnosis of Type 2, despite 5.4 A1C so my insurance would cover this. Im pushing back.

Brilliant, sound, next-generation self-help

Dr. Means thoroughly illustrates the holes in our self-care, many of which we are unaware. Also clearly diagrams the cancerous conflicts of interest of our health, and the healthcare system.

If you want to understand how to help doctors help you more effectively, read this. If you want to be inspired to tear your life down to its structural elements for a bigger/better rebuild, read this. If you want to become healthier medically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially, read this.
