Highly Recommend

Love the intelligent, no nonsense content. Started following Eric a couple months ago. You should too. It took a minute for me to jump into his podcasts because I've never been a podcast guy, but after catching a couple of the most recent ones, I started from the beginning. I'm barely into 2020 at this point, but I'm hooked and I've gained some solid knowledge.

Great valuable content

I've been following Eric for a min and decided to check his podcast and I love it. so much valuable content and good information, its si refreshing to hear a fitness influencer that actually says it as it is whether you like it or not.

So informative and inspiring

I have tried everything in my journey to health and fitness and finding eric and the clubhouse is helping me continue to move forward even when I fall off course! Highly recommend
