I was afraid I wouldn’t enjoy this book.. as a huge Demon Accords fan boy I kept my expectations really low hearing this novel was so different than that series.. man was I fooling myself, this novel is incredible.. Conroe is a genius

Just Awesome!
The book was outstanding and very creative. I listen to a large number of mostly action genre audiobooks and this is near the top. I am also picky about narrators. He was also amazing. thanks for the fun ride. Great characters, interaction, tech, weapons etc. Just awesome! Will be looking for more from author and narrator. Where the heck have you been? P.S. I listen to many great books but almost never leave reviews. When is the movie coming out? Mike V.

solid fun fast read
I enjoyed this book. I also recommend it. The publisher's blurb / summary is accurate and gives you a good sense of what the book is about. It is a complete story in its own right, but ends with a lead in to further works in the series. Recommended.

Pleasant Surprise
John Conroe did not disappoint once again. James Patrick Cronin had another fantastic performance as narrator. I thought I might like this book but I ended up loving it. I really enjoyed the MC and his development. I would highly recommend this book if you are a fan of Conroe’s writing. I can’t wait for the next book to be released on Audible.

What this isn't his norma series!!! Nooooo!!!
Alright that is the knee jerk reaction of anyone when one of their favorite authors jumps to a new storey while you have been following his original serries for 9 years.
That being said you get over it pray you will dig it and than give it ago.
This was a very John Conroe book, intelligent young male clueless around the girl he likes, rampent AI, and lots of go bags and guns.
Now that would normally get over played and old but this is a cool fresh twist with the world dinamic and Conroe's skill at creating characters that fly off the page.
Once I started I couldn't stop this wonderful ride!
But be warned it did make me want paneer and naan!

Pure Artistry
Weaving thoughts into life with words is nothing short of Pure Literary Artistry.
The narrator is just so good. I just added him to my list of super narrators.
The story incorporates moral lessons into a theme of adventure, love and great suspense. I can't wait to listen to the next book in the series.
