This is a great book for any ethnic group

Although it's targeted for the wealth gap between African-Americans and White American and how we can close the gap, the principles being taught is great for any ethnic group. I like the simplicity and honest evaluations of "the real" when it comes to what a lot of African-Americans believe is wealth by (looking the part and not being the part) to what actually is wealth. Cedric gives the initial grass roots ground work for Lottie Dottie and everybody to do this if they are willing to listen and apply the information. I can't help but to enjoy the interview in-between several chapters of the book, for us to get a detailed dialogue of the mind-set of why this was written not to mention a few stories to bring the chapter home. I am a man who love simplicity! It's something I say to my wife constantly "Please, explain it like I am a 3-year old" and this way I can understand and go to do. So, kudos to you Cedric for writing such a great step by step guide for me and countless other young/young at heart African-Americans to put into action. This book is simply a put up or shut up type of read. Because after reading this you have no excuse for not becoming a millionaire!
