It all started a week ago when her dear mother fell on the driveway, breaking her leg in several places. Her mother was a single parent, and together, she and her mother worked hard to keep their little household going. Now that the holidays were over, Lillian had been laid off from her Christmas job, and her job working at the grocery store had been reduced to twenty hours a week.
The only positive thing in her life was her meeting with her mother's doctor, Dr. Watson. It was difficult to concentrate on what he was saying due to his delightfully handsome looks.
