Great addition!!!
The book is highly informative and gave some great tips on understanding and learning to support someone with this disorder. It contains helpful information with actual stories of brave people that struggle with feelings of abandonment, self-harm , how to care for someone and take care of yourself at the same time. The author gave great suggestions for ways towards recovery as well as coping strategies for the sufferer. Will recommend!!!

Such an important book!
So useful for anyone who is dealing with BPD in the family or in a friend. Helped me understand a lot more about this condition and the different types. What I found most useful was the things not to say to a person with BPD to avoid triggering a reaction, and recognizing what might be a trigger in a person you know as well. But there is so much more! Super informative guide and would recommend.

good overview but downplays certain realities
balanced, I did find the minimization of how destructive these behaviors can be to be attempt to not trigger those with bpd. those closest to those with bpd are collateral damage. the prospects for them are pretty bleak. the book encourages loved ones, partners to try and help bpd sufferers, when what's best for them is a one way ticket outa there. bpd sufferers leave a trail of destruction in their personal lives and expecting anyone to submit to that is encouraging masochism.

This is an interesting audio.
As a family member of a newly diagnosed BPD, this book is extremely helpful.
If you suspect you or your family member have BPD, this is definitely the book for you.
I've already been able to implement some of the suggestions when my family member is having an episode.
I recommend this audiobook.

Invaluable insight
This little gem is a wonderful listen that takes us for a deep dive into what underlies this not so uncommon condition. In fact, it unveils the many facets of living with BPD and how we can learn to cope in healthier ways. It is most definitely a complex disorder, so being able to identify triggers (ours or those of others) can assist us in creating an emotionally-balanced life with those we love - including ourselves. This listen offers a way to turn our lives around, as well as help those close to us who don't yet have the tools to navigate BPD.

Great BPD Guide
I knew next to nothing about Borderline Personality Disorder before reading this book. After reading this book I can easily see people in my life that may suffer from it. I loved the detail that the author provides on how to talk and engage with someone with BPD, and the self help strategies for those that suffer from it.

Helpful to understand BPD!
I found this book an interesting pathway of knowing about BPD as I was not aware of it before. I realized the importance of it and how unintentionally we sometimes suffer from disorders.
The author has well explain about BPD in detail and how can a person manage himself from it. So, it is a good opportunity for readers to acknowledge themselves. Highly Recommended!
