Cornelia Arnolda Johanna "Corrie" ten Boom (April 15, 1892 - April 15, 1983) was a Dutch watchmaker who worked with her father Casper and other family members to help, reportedly, 800 Jews escape the Nazi Holocaust during World War II by hiding them in their home. Eventually, the family was caught; ten Boom was arrested, sent to Ravensbruck concentration camp, and released after 10 months due to a clerical error. Later in life, ten Boom wrote The Hiding Place, a biography that recounts the story of her family's efforts and how she was able to find hope while imprisoned.

Honest story about God's love
Corrie ten Boom shares a wonderful story narrated beautifully! I enjoyed The Hiding Place as well! This book has some of the same situations and same message but also many other situations concerning her time traveling around sharing the truth of God's love for the lost. It was such a pleasure to read!

A wonderfully encouraging book
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, each chapter was somewhat short and I could use it almost as a devotional. Anytime I had 7 to 10 minutes I could listen to one of the stories and consider it in light of my walk with Christ. I will certainly listen to it over and over.

Another beautiful book by Corrie ten Boom
This book brought to tears many times with it’s sincerity about the love of Jesus. Filled with many miracles of God. This is the 4th book of Corrie’s I have listed to on audible. So deep these are and and I definitely recommend them to all.
