Not what I thought !

mmmm, this book basically tells you that you need to go to therapy in order to get help to overcome these disorders. I wouldn't consider it as self-help.

I can't listen to the narrator.

Would you try another book from Ted Dawson and/or Kelly Rhodes?

Something to be said. I can listen to almost any book as long as the narrator is good. Kelly Rhodes has some really distinct sounds/vocalities that make this book very hard to listen to.
