The Soloist

An interesting story about a musician that was famous as a child but did not continue playing on stage as an adult but took up teaching. It is a story of his self discovery with serving on a murder trail as a catalyst. Chandler did a good job narrating the story. Was my first time for both the author and narrator.

Beautifully Written

Mark Salzman is an incredible writer and this book did not disappoint. A thought provoking piece of writing.
