This Changes Everything

if you are experiencing dysfunctional symptoms in your 30s and over, please get this book. Everything here is scientifically sound and absolutely will help bring your health back. I got the audiobook because I like Mindy's vocal tone and delivery, just as in her youtube channel. Super positive and tons of solutions so that all bases are covered. You will want to take notes!

Very good I hope I can do it

I know this will sound petty, but it’s difficult for me to hear her say fewd instead of food. I know I’m a horrible person… I’m sorry… But it’s just my experience.

A book of action items

Thoroughly enjoyed the book. Lots of valuable information and action items that can be applied. I like the holistic approach to tackling the menopausal symptoms. The length of the book is also perfect, without fluff.

Can’t wait to implement

Surprisingly insightful with actionable information

I enjoyed the author as narrator. Her compassion, base of knowledge, and genuine excitement for the reader’s (listener’s) journey are evident. She’s funny and knowledgeable without fluff or bogging us down with medical terminology. I am inspired to put her information to use!

There’s hope.

I listened to this book in a day while walking!

It’s fascinating How common it really is for women to feel low on sex hormones after 40. It’s important to take Dutch test to find out your hormone levels. I have learned so much I will listen to this book again and again to learn things I have missed. It’s amazing book for all women, especially after 40.
