The questions to ask!

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It reminded me of the value, and how to convey my value as a real estate professional in the non-conforming way that we typically see today. 2024 will be a great business here for me by resetting the standards in my business.

called me out on many things

He talks about many things that I deal with and am guilty of in my business and you're to address those things. This was a great eye opener. every agent should read this and then decide how to implement

Great follow on to NSTD

I am not a real estate agent, but am I rabid Voss/Never Split The Difference Fan. This book was a nice follow on to Chris' other works. I found the examples very helpful and by the ended felt like being an agent!

A few minor production / editing thing, it seemed like there were more than few places in the audio where short sections seemed looped. Not a summary, but a copy/paste loop in the edit.

overall highly recommend.
