A Giant Waste of Money

You can get everything in this book free on the internet. Also, it will take less time. I have no Idea of the author's intentions. It doesn't matter. Save the money.

Great first few chapters

Then kind if lost me in the second part with generalities. Good pointers in between here and there too.

Repetitive and boring!

This book could’ve been written in way less pages. It felt like getting down to the main point was an exercise in frustration. As if the writer just wanted to fill in with blank words to make a “longer” book. I became bored and not interested pretty quickly.

Repetitive, shit training plans

Couldn't stand it... he kept saying the same thing over and over. the training plans were ridiculous - one single day a week of running? No thanks!

This don’t teach you anything. Summary is eat healthy and drink water. So don’t waist your time and money on this low quality content.
