I enjoyed this, as a newer manager it gave me valuable insight. Probably worth another listen.

Chapter 7 is repeat of chapter 6,

My major problem with this one is that the chapter 7 is exactly the same as chapter 6- a major production defect.

Another excellent Brian Tracy program!

I own many of Brian's audiobooks and a few of his books, and there's always a wealth of knowledge and practical strategies to implement. This management series will grant the listener with more everyday success ideas that you can attain from college professors that have never owned businesses or achieved anything in the free market. As with any Nightingale audio program, results will vary due application of the information. You don't need to spend a fortune on a business degree when you apply timeless management principles; such as the ones prescribed here.
