Self-help rooted in technique

I love how in this day and age, we are becoming inundated with excellent self-help techniques, paradigms, and techniques that actually work, to help us navigate through the trenches of trauma, PTSD, relationship problems, and so much more. And what a time to be alive, when authors such as Nate H.E.A.L.S (love what you did there!) are laying out the essentials for proper healing that we can go about at our leasure. Imagine what the world would be like if humanity had access to this stuff a millennia ago. The listener is met with a myriad of tips, techniques, and mindsets for proper amelioration of past pains. Self-help rooted in technique, love it.
