I love this book!

By the third or fourth chapter, I understood the hiring problem, why I keep having a hard time getting people on board just makes the whole hiring advancing and firing process clear simple I highly recommend anyone struggling with employees to read and reread this book

how to truly run a team

this book gave me a step by step direction on how to attract, align, develop, hire, retain, train & motivate top tier talent within the organization and create a killer culture. i'd absolutely recommend this to any organization trying to take it to the next level

Pratical guides & advice

I liked the realness of the content and the author's perspective. Easy to take tools and immediately apply them. I think many leaders can relate to failing and learning. We all appreciate to be able to learn from each other without having to make all the mistakes.
