the end came to sudden

I really enjoyed this story! the naughty parts were just right in that not every sexy scene was talked out. just a few explicit scenes and then the rest you use your imagination. plus the male character seems super hot. I wasnt sure I'd like the narrator but I stuck with it. it's his female voice I wasnt a fan of

This book was so cute and so romantic I liked that they bickered and pushed each other's buttons it was adorable and also very sexy

Oh gosh…this book has it all!!! Fantasy, action, and especially romance - I can’t list any spoilers here so don’t ask but do yourself a big favor and get this one for yourself! I fell in love and you will to once you jump into this rich world filled with relatable characters that will feel like friends by the end. And as always if Nick Cracknell is narrating you can expect a swoon worthy hero with a gravelly voice that will send shivers to all the right places! 💖

Fun read

This was a great story about a human woman and a troll, with an exciting plot and well designed setting. The pace of the book was well thought out and kept the reader engaged throughout. I loved the characters fiery personalities, and the inner species relationships and their struggles. Features romance but also has a lot of action and excitement! The narration was perfect and brought light and animation to the characters. I would definitely recommend.

Fairy tale romance, This book puts a new perspective on what we would think would be the villain of the story it is a fun and interesting romance filled with adventure horror And lots of steamy scenes all in all I will recommend you try this book

I had this book for the longest time and did not have time to read it, when it came out in audio I jumped on it and what a great listen! Fantastic story very sweet.

One of my favorites

This is one of my favorite love stories to re-listen to. I love how their relationship builds and both characters are likeable. The narrating is very good, and I like the pacing of the story. The spice is also really nice 👌🏽. Definitely gonna buy the physical book so I can tab my favorite parts.

Entertaining!

This was a entertaining and delightful story about opposites attraction. Despite the rough beginning and constant bickering the 2 found common ground and mutual respect, friendship then love. I would definitely recommend this book.

Well written, unique story, good narration

This story was truly a gem of a find for me. The narration was FANTASTIC! The story had a good flow, relationship building, and the main characters were well carved out. The story had just the right amount of world building to be a good fantasy, but still keep its identity mainly as a romance.
As someone who appreciates kink, I was also pleasantly surprised at how well kink was included in the story. it didn't feel forced and was tasteful.
If you like fantasy romances, slow burns, something with "Taming of the Shrew" flavor, a little kink, and just want something different to listen to, give this title a try.
