By the end of the party, everyone's a little drunk from the gin Bert brought. Fix asks Bert to find Franny, and Bert wanders around until he finds the baby in a bedroom with Beverly.

Great summary for a hard to follow book
I read the book, and it left me very confused about some character relationships. This summary helped me revisit what I read and organize characters and events in my head. In short, this summary is better than the book!!!
