The last story is worth it

So most of these stories you will already know and you may get some minor insight or fun new perspective but the true value of this book is in the amazing last story that is an original and I wish there could have been more to it like it's own book.

Can't Go Wrong

There are so many good stories in this book and the audiobook is a fantastic way to relive them. I read the book two years ago, but the audiobook was like watching the series. So much fun.

A Visual for Your Ears

This was the perfect way to relive episodes from The Clone Wars animated series!

What's better is the voice actors who brought to life the characters in the show, read their character's point of view stories!
Matt Lanter as Anakin Skywalker
James Arnold Taylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi
Corey Burton as Cad Bane
Catherine Taber as Padme Amidala
Nika Futterman as Asajj Ventress
Sam Witwer as Darth Maul
Olivia Hack as Katooni

As a bonus, there's a new original story about the Nightsisters.

Just fantastic; a must for any fan of the show!

Essential audiobook for clone Wars Fans

Although the stories aren’t new the performances are amazing. Sam Witwer performance is career best while James Arnold Taylor’s talents as a voice artist comes through showing why he’s the best in the business. This is the equivalent of getting Harrison Ford, Mark Hammil and Carrie Fisher read Star Wars content to you. Amazing.

Not much new.

This was not bad but if your wanting to read/ listen to this because you're a fan of the animated series you're probably going to be disappointed. There is only one story at the end that is unique to this book. The rest are all audio drama adoptions of episodes from the clone wars. I was expecting something more. Something along the lines of Tales of Mos Eisley Cantina or Tales of the Bounty Hunter. This was very disappointing for me.

Same stories

The writing is great. Don’t buy this if you’ve already watched the clone wars show. This is just a first person book of those stories, except for 1 brand new one. The stories from the show don’t add much to the characters or the story. It was a good book but, like I said, only if you haven’t seen the show before.

Fun for clone wars fans

Fun adaptation of a variety of Clone Wars episodes featuring some of the voice cast from the series. Not much extra though for people like me who have seen all those episodes multiple times but there were some good interesting tidbits here and there thanks to the fact that each story only featured one perspective. There was one new story but it didn’t really fit in with the rest and seemed rather pointless unless it’s teasing a spin off or something but it’s definitely not one I’d be interested in. Would’ve much rather new stories featuring any of the huge cast of characters from that era.

Perfect for TCW Fans

It was fun hearing some of the cast from TCW reading some of the stories. The different POVs make some of the episodes hit different now.
