Felt Like a Promotion
Hidden beneath the syrupy happy voice of the narrator was some decent information, but only about 30 minutes was actual information dedicated to the topic. The rest was promotion of other books.
If you are a beginner, this will give you a brief hint about spirit guides, but if you are not a beginner, don’t bother.

As a beginner I was hoping for direction and useful exercises to help make contact. It also kinda felt like an advertisement for other books. Wish I didn’t use a credit for this book.
