Love the narrator Kathleen Brooks chooses for her books. They really get into the story. This story is just as good listening to as reading.

Saving Shadows

Ellery has lost her memory after being thrown into the ocean and left to drown. When Gavin Faulkner the town Dr. rescues her out of the water, he immediately knows that he must protect her. Until Ellery's memory returns she must stay hidden in Shadows Landing unsure of who attacked her or even who she it. This small town is a long history of pirate ancestors and has no problem defending Ellery when her identity is revealed and her attacker comes to find her.

With each of Kathleen's books it's hard not to fall a little bit in love with each of her quirky small towns, the outrageous residents, and the unique feeling of belonging. If it were possible I would have already packed my bags and moved to Shadow's Landing or Keeneston (Bluegrass Series).

As always the narration by Eric G Dove was amazing. Def at the very top of my favorites list.

Another great series

I really love this series. It has mystery, thrills, chills, and romance! I have listened to this series several times and I love it every time. It never gets old.

huge fan of Kathleen Brooks and this new series is a great addition to her Bluegrass series. she can make such wonderful characters and places you can only wish they existed. looking forward to seeing more from this author and this series (of course, her Bluegrass series too)😉

Great start to a new series!

Ms. Brooks did it again. As a fan of her Bluegrass series I'm glad to finish another great book. Old characters popped in and left me feeling nostalgic and wanting more. If you've never read her work you should start today!

Kathleen Brooks has become one of my favorite authors. Saving Shadows #1 is funny , suspenseful, and sexy. Narrator, Eric G. Dove does an excellent job of narrating both male and female voices. Definitely worth a credit. I'm off to listen to # 2. The only problem I see in this series , there are only 2 books. Enjoy!😄

suspenseful and funny and and a great love story

a wonderful book that kept me on the edge of my seat and kept me laughing. love these characters
