Riveting, Powerful, Inspiring, TERRIFIC

Listening to Luis Miranda read his own story was a singularly lovely experience. I have the hardcover, but I suggest that it's imperative to experience this particularly riveting book BOTH ways, if possible. And thank goodness for Audible, because it’s lovely to hear Señor Miranda read his story with his beautiful accent, humor and passion consistently shining through. The book is full of honesty, insight, family, political realities, deep convictions, and steadfast love for his beautiful Puerto Rico and for the U.S. as well. Miranda’s persistence in working for the good of others is unwavering: we learn the degree to which he strives daily to leave the world a kinder and more just place. This book will hopefully inspire many listeners / readers to continue (or begin!) doing the same.
