A Good Read
A lot of his insights were very unique. Sometimes they also got muddy down in the Bog of making something understandable and applicable. Other times, it was very simple, very clear. Of course, this is a difficult subject worth pursuing and thus my rating of 4 stars overall. I liked it and appreciated his teachings.

Very Biblical and important regarding the Holy Spirit
I have read many of his books and have seen him several times. Dr. Maloney is truly anointed. I have been healed and I have seen impossible miracles at his conferences. This book was very biblical and I think everyone should read it regarding the Holy Spirit.
