Overall the Meditation was great...
This is essentially a 30 minute meditation. It's guided for most of it, though it does have some space for you to ask your own questions. It's easy to do. I found no problem working with the Oversoul Awareness/Channeling. I only wish that the hard copies were still available w/o the cost of limbs...
Anyway. The ONLY downside of the this meditation is that like with many of Dick Sutphen's meditations it references an insert that came with the physical audio that is not present in any of the downloads that I've gotten.
