Individuals with this disorder engage in chronic devaluation and manipulation of their partners, a psychological and emotional phenomenon known as "narcissistic abuse". Please do yourself a favor and get these instructions. Tonglen is a powerful and very healing practice. Pema presents them in a most down to earth and even humorous approach, as is her way.
