Publisher's summary

Warning: This is another excessively sweet, clean, low-angst story written from a decidedly Christian point of view.
This novella of about 44,000 words is about the fulfillment of Elizabeth’s Bennet’s childhood wish to be Mrs. Darcy.

Excerpt: The young couple joined hands as they stood together in the sun-filled meadow of the sprawling estate of Pemberley. “Dearly beloved,” the ceremony began, “we have gathered here to witness the joining of this couple in holy matrimony.” The speaker did his best to remember the words of the marriage service without the benefit of his prayer book. He forged on. “If anyone knows of any reason these two should not be wed, let him speak now or forever hold his peace.”

With no other actual witnesses, after a silence of less than a minute, twelve-year-old Fitzwilliam Darcy continued. “Do you, Seth Tobias Henry Darcy, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?”

The towheaded seven-year-old groom grinned at his bride and replied resolutely, “I do.”

“And do you, Elizabeth Rose Bennet, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband?”

“I do,” the tiny brunette repeated with a slight giggle that caused her daisy chain headdress to wobble atop her dark curls.

“Then, I now pronounce you husband and wife. What God has joined together, let no man put asunder.”

The groom pulled his five-year-old bride closer to plant an awkward kiss on her rosy cheek.

Great read

This was a great story. Starting with Elizabeth’s marriage to Darcy’s younger brother at age 5 ;)
The only complaint is the virtual voice that are not able to say some words correctly. Like I do’s and Darce. Other than that it was great. Great Jaff

Sweet

Interesting plot. Darcy becomes less prejudiced after he falls in love with Elizabeth. They originally meet at Netherfield when Elizabeth was a very young child.

Adorable

The prologue is precious and this clean variation was short and sweet. The epilogue gave each character a satisfying ending.
